It is my great pleasure to announce that the 3rd Annual Street Medicine Symposium will be held October 31 - November 3rd, 2007 in Houston Texas.  Dave Buck and his team in Houston have graciously agreed to be hosts to this years meeting.   The theme this year will be Advocacy as it can best be realized from the streets to the greater community.  Full presentations will be limited this year to programs and 6 programs who are willing to present Best Practices.   Of particular interest are aspects of our work that can be documented to be effective in improving the well being of our clients.  You are all asked to submit 2 or 3 components from your programs that would be suitable examples of demonstrated success.

We are also planning to have a Key Note speaker.  The selection and requests are being pursued at this time!  I know you will be pleased with the choices tht have been submitted.
