The Street Medicine Institute is pleased to announce a call for host cities for the 22nd annual International Street Medicine Symposium! The 22nd annual symposium will be held in September or October of 2026.

We seek inquiries from communities with a commitment to the vision and mission of the Street Medicine Institute and to individuals served through Street Medicine programs. Communities outside the United States are especially encouraged to apply.

Submitting an initial inquiry is the first step in applying to host ISMS. SMI staff will contact you to share more detail about the application process, discuss the responsibilities of each party, and provide the full host city application.

Inquiries are due by Monday, March 17, 2025 at 5 PM Pacific Time.
