Street medicine has been growing significantly in recent years on an international basis. Dr. Masahiro Yao, a family physician at Japan Community Healthcare Organization (JCHO) Yokohama Hodogaya Central Hospital, will contribute an international perspective on the reality of treating people experiencing homelessness. He will compare and contrast street medicine in the United States compared to Japan and other countries on August 27th at 6 pm EST.
